BchCpdAnnRtn - Benchmark Compound Annual Return

The Compound Annual Return of the Symbol configured as the benchmark comparison.  Often referred to as Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR), the Benchmark Compound Annual Return is the year-over-year growth rate for the benchmark symbol over the complete Evaluation Period.  The formula for the Benchmark Compound Annual Return is:


((Ending Equity / Initial Equity) ^ (1 / Number of Years)) - 1


Note: In cases where Ending Equity is a negative value, the Benchmark Compound Annual Return cannot be mathematically determined.  StrataSearch instead generates a value of -101 in such cases to identify the overflow.
